Pelvic Physiotherapist and Women's Health Specialist
Kirsty is a passionate, empathetic and professional physiotherapist who has over 19 years of experience. Kirsty started out as a Musculoskeletal physiotherapist after graduating from Sheffield Hallam University in 2006, she has worked in a variety of settings including the NHS, corporate, private practice and the military. After giving birth to 3 boys an interest in Women's Health Physiotherapy was ignited and over 6 years ago Kirsty pursued a change of specialism to focus on pelvic and female health. In 2025 Kirsty gained her MSc Rehabilitation Physiotherapy Women's Health. And continues to maintain a wide variety of continued professional development.
Outside of work Kirsty loves spending time with her family, Husband Ed, 3 boys and 2 dogs. As a family they enjoy camping and travelling, rock climbing, hill walking, skiing and spending time on the water SUPing, sailing and canoeing. Kirsty has been a keen horse rider most of her life and has always been very active. Additionally Kirsty loves to bake and create cakes for all her family and friends.
